Noslers data is very conservative and for a saami reamer.
I was breaking in a 30 nosler yesterday evening with 215's and h1000. But my velocities were higher. Not gonna say how high cause of all the "your gonna die" type comments lol Lol 
With the bullet seated out like that you can increase powder a little to get more velocity without too much pressure.
