Yes it's a business but please explain why they tend to spread propaganda for one side? I actually remember when the news was somewhat balanced. Not now! As others have said I don't watch and don't really care about their propaganda.
Life throws us enough curveballs to worry about things we can't control.
Yes the news now has a political slant for sure. Sad to say.

Waterfowl hunters have been out as usual for the past 3 to 4 months killing and handling millions of birds. I will look to them as the control group before I get worried about the next pandemic. Avian Flu has been around and the source of fear and panic for many years.

It's like artificial sweeteners…No I do not think they're good for you and even more so I think they taste horrible and do not drink diet anything out of preference for good old sugar.
But I see so many folks lacking th capacity for any critical thought claiming every which thing about what aspartame does to people…most of it total hogwash. I point out that if any of their fearmongering was true shouldnt we observe all these issues it allegedly causes in far greater frequency among diabetics who consume more artificial sweeteners….they never have much to say to that.
You're on the same track here…it's no different than CWD…every **** year it's a grim prognosis for the future regarding cwd and people caution against eating venison that hasn't been tested. NOT ONE CASE OF A HUMAN ACQUIRING CWD!!!!!! Millions of deer shot and eaten every year in Canada and the United States and not one reliably documented case!!!! Shouldn't that lead them to give it a rest already?

There is always potential for something redemptive to come out of dire situations…I've been thinking about all this inflation and indeed some of it has nothing to do with which party is in charge in either of our countries (I'm Canadian) … there's the Ukraine situation and post-COVID disruption and all that BUT…a lot of it sure does have to do with, frankly, liberal fiscal stupidity of the highest order as well. Not enough money? Just print more! What could go wrong? There's no historical examples of what happens when we do that is there????
But what this inflation (and as the father of a family of 6 I sure feel it at the pump and grocery store) just might bring about, at least for some, is an increased desire and motivation to be more self sufficient and sustainable and depend less upon government run infrastructure. The number of people I personally know who are dead serious about trying their hand at gardening for the first time come spring is such an encouraging thing. With the price of meat, hunting and fishing (maybe fishing haha) becomes a legitimately ECONOMICAL consideration. If the grocery store prices become insane it starts to make more sense to seek out local producers and farmers and support them instead.
And quite frankly a population that is less reliant upon the state to "take care of them" and has learned to take care of themselves and each other within their communities is a bigger threat to the whole liberal/leftist philosophy than just about anything else. They need the people to depend on them for everything if they're gonna control them. Maybe this pressure will result in people figuring out how to "not need them" so much.
