I finally got some shooting done with my 280 Ackley (24" barrel), thought I'd revisit this...below is actual chrono data, followed by a dialed in QuickLoad rundown (matched to my rifle)

150 ABLR, Norma MRP

60.5 = 3,043 fps
61 = 3,070
61.5 = 3,093 fps
62 = 3,120 fps
62.5 = 3,137 fps (too hot, do not use)
63 = 3,167 fps (too hot, do not use)
63.5 = 3,192 fps (way too hot, ejector mark, do not use)

Code:
Cartridge          : .280 Ack Imp
Bullet             : .284, 150, Nosler Accubond LR 58734 G7
Useable Case Capaci: 65.441 grain H2O = 4.249 cm³
Cartridge O.A.L. L6: 3.340 inch = 84.84 mm
Barrel Length      : 24.0 inch = 609.6 mm
Powder             : Norma MRP ?

Predicted data by increasing and decreasing the given charge,
incremented in steps of 0.807% of nominal charge.

Results caused by ± 5% powder lot-to-lot burning rate variation using nominal charge
Data for burning rate increased by 5% relative to nominal value:
+Ba     98    62.00   3187    3383   71171  11987    100.0    1.081  !DANGEROUS LOAD-DO NOT USE!
Data for burning rate decreased by 5% relative to nominal value:

First try at a group with the 150 ABLR's (62 grains of MRP)...shows promise I think.

Also...

160 Accubond, Norma MRP

58.5 = 2,956 fps
59 = 2,972 fps
59.5 = 2,989 fps
60 = 3,003 fps, no signs of pressure but a dialed in QuickLoad says 60.5 is maxed out at 3,027 fps, so I'm not chasing this one any further.
