The Nosler brass has an ejector swipe whereas the Winchester didn't. Also, if he bought Nosler bulk brass, it is not fully prepped like the 25/50 count boxed brass. I would contact Nosler but looks like he needs to anneal this brass and back off his load. Again, look at RL23 if available. N560 is another good option. Reloading guides give you min's and max's for a reason. Always start low(more like 6g back, not 1g) and work up. I also start at 0.050 off leads. Just me.
