It looks like its from left to right 300 PRC, 7mm PRC, and 6.5 PRC, not the other way around. I think that's the way it's read since that's how most people read things.

You can but there is at least a bolt change (or bolt work) and a follower change. There may be (and I stress may) be feed lips work as well. If I were you I'd buy or trade for a magnum action.

Becareful on Magnum action. Like most belted action have a smaller ID at the base, than the PRC. I don't have my manuals infront of me presently.

A magnum bolt face is from.531 to .535.

7mm PRC SAAMI is .532

If the OP gets a bolt from PTG it will definitely accommodate .532

I have built a variety of rifles that started as various belted magnums with nominal .532 but became RUM based magnums with nominal .534. No bolt changes where needed at all.

While we all like precision, there has to be some wiggle room, literally, in the bolt face.
