25sst finally breaking it in

loaded up with N565 today trying to find flat spots

first pressure mark at 62.6 bolt lift little sticky at 63.2 quit there
 
For those of you with more experience, is that node size standard? A spot that flat for almost a grain difference seems rare, from the data I've seen.
 
i've never seen it before
went back today with 61.4 and it was in that same space again. i shot the 6.5ss with a really good node spot and it shot 15 ft/sec faster today. who knows. hot as heck here in dallas
 
What are your COAL's with the 25-284 and the Blackjack bullets?

This is the honest truth...The base of the bullet sits halfway down the shoulder of the case and it cycles perfectly out of a REM 700LA. In other words, I have never measured the COAL. Honestly!
