It's not a necked down Saum shortened .100" because the capacity would be much higher than 59 grains. It's very likely a prc with the shoulder pushed back a little more than that!If that picture is an actual picture of it, I'm going to guess it is a necked down 7mm SAUM with the body shortened .100".

There are a lot of issues with pushing a shoulder that far including shoulder collapse, neck thickening, doughnut on the inside as well as outside, etc.I've been considering moving the shoulder back just enough to allow for H1000 to push the 131 to 3150 FPS. Besides getting the appropriate reamer, is it possible/how difficult would it be to push the shoulder back on the PRC case about .200" of an inch with a standard PRC die shortened proportionally? I understand the case would have to be trimmed to length and then neck turned afterwards.
