My personal favorite for the .25-06 is in once fired neck-sized cases only as follows CCI 250 primer fill case with H 870 while tapping to gain room to the top of the mouth & very gently seat a 117 gr Speer flat base this is a heavily compressed load but runs 3.390 pfs in my 24" barrel with case life in the 12-15 loading range.
I've never weighed this load & it won't fit in new or re-sized brass so use at your discretion.gun)
