Wasn't sure. I saw a 70-80's 700 Varmint Special (w/BDL wood stock), 24" HB in .222 Rem on consignment in a gunshop not far from me, well, and hours drive. I have been told they do on line sales. I would love to have it but it's not to be right now. Love those little rifles.

Sorry, price was $700 and change. It was on consignment and was told the owner may work with the buyer on price. It looked flawless to me. I saw it there before pandemonium set in. Good Luck!
