Four or five of us have 22-250 AI s with 8 twist Liljas... IMR4831 can be run around 39-40 grs and 3350-3400 fps with various 80 grain bullets. Work up it's a max load.
With IMR7828 SSC 42-42.5 grain range; depends on gun/barrel. Note that all of these were chambered with same reamer.
Some of us have played a little with R26 and 43.5-44.5 grains. Gets a little more velocity than other two powders.
Just back off these loads 2-3 grains and work up. I ll bet R23 would perform well too.

Interested in a .22-250 AI also. waspocrew, not to derail your thread but what twist rate do you and sturner have? 8?
a Lijia 1-7.5 4 groove is at the smith now
8 twist on my 27" Krieger. 4 groove. 3500+ with 70s and R-19
8 twist 75gr at 3348 is what getting replaced

1:8 twist X-Caliber Savage pre-fit from Match Grade Machine. Shoots great so far!

Finally got around to measuring H20 capacity for QL. 5 pieces of formed PPU brass yielded average of 50.3 gr. This was water slowly dropped until it was flush with the mouth of the case.
Hoping to have some time to try out RL-23 next.
