What would be biggest/smallest TSS to try reloading? From my little research TSS runs 2 1\2 times more $ than nickel plated buck.

I have only seen factory 20ga with #3 buckshot. I suspect it is because they stack well. If another size were better the factory guys would have provided it. I would stick with #3 or #4 buck and a more open choke or long taper on a tighter choke. Always pattern it. Freezer paper taped to a cardboard box with an aiming point is all you need to pattern it.

I run #2 TSS and have no problems shooting to 100 yards, I have dumped coyotes at 74 yards with #5 TSS 12 gauge 1 5/8oz at ~1,300fps
