150 gr. ELD X in a 7mm-08

Haven't been able to find much info on the .284 - 150 gr ELD-X. Anyone know what twist Hornady is advertising?

I wish I could find a picture of the box. Seems like the eld x bullets I was looking at here locally had the recommended twist rate on the outside of the box.

The 7mm 162 GR are 1 in 9.5, the 175 GR is 1 in 8.5. I would guess 1 in 10 would do ya just fine with the 150's maybe?

I have a box and on the bottom it says for 1:10 twist. Hope this helps.

I spoke with Shannon at Hornady today and he said like we thought to use the 154 gr data to start with.
He also said that they don't have data yet using some of the newer powders. Alliant Re 16 and 26 to mention a few. Very informative and a nice person to talk to. Thanks again for the replies.
