I recall reading somewhere that winchester also replaced the defective primers. Call them and give them the lot numbers and see what they say. I'll never use a win primer.
Sorry, missed your question. Yes, there are two ejector marks because the Aero Precision SOLUS bolt head has two plunger style ejectors on the bolt face/head. That case was a high pressure load, with a faulty primer. These are how they typically look, and no stiff bolts either:As asked earlier. Those look like ejector marks. I don't load 243 but maybe you are also over pressure.
This has been the best thing out of all this! 25yrs hand loading and never a damaging pressure load. So first inclination is that I must be screwing something up and that bothered me.at least you now know it is not your fault.
Pm sent!Go get yourself a RCBS Collet Bullet Puller. Were do you live, I will loan you mine.
What's your bolt face looking like???View attachment 457478
Technically not blowing them I guess, but this above.
I'd back her down a tad and change primers, looks like ejector marks are pretty stout=cool it.My lot number is on the defective list. I've got 3 badly pitted bolt faces too. Thousand rounds or so loaded. I'm in a Daggum fix.

They would pop on stout or mild loads.I'd back her down a tad and change primers, looks like ejector marks are pretty stout=cool it.
