This should be interesting. I have no experience with 7PRC but quite a bit with factory rifles over the last 50+ years. Definitely tagging in!
Bergara- I have handled quite a few of these in various calibers. All were built well and were extremely accurate. If iwas to buy a rifle today it would be a Bergars B 14 series.

I picked up a deal on a Ruger American go wild in 7PRC and it shoots 3/4 MOA with the factory rounds. I had to relieve some pressure points in the channel. Stock is stiff/hard. Impulse buy to have a 7PRC but makes me wonder; how well can I get it to shoot?

I've yet to outshoot any of the Savage Ultralight rifles. I'm not into beauty contests. They just flatout shoot!

I have a Seekins Havak Element in 300WM, the best out-of-the-box rifle I've owned in 40 years of shooting mostly custom rifles. Their new lineup has my eye, and I will be getting one as soon as I figure out which 7mm chambering I want:

I got a Christensen arms ridgeline 24". It's the second ridgeline I've owned & this one shoots just as good as my first. I couldn't find my gun as option on their site so I emailed them my serial number. They said it was a limited run for big box stores probable as few as 10 made like it but could be up to 50. Came with the black anodized action, 0 moa rail & their bigger bolt knob & the tan stock like the one on the scouts.

It really depends on your application. If you are looking for a hunting rifle, I have never been more impressed with a factory hunting rifle than the Seekins PH. I have the PH2 but now there is the PH3.

..I wouldn't worry about finding a factory PRC, the 7mm rem mag has stood the test of time and without question is hunter approved, reloading components will be easier to find long after you give up trying to find the others. I assure you no animals vital area will ever notice the slight difference in velocity, certainly not enough to be concerned about. And I don't think any company doesn't chamber their rifles for this cartridge, tons of choices..
