What is the threshold of posts to have complete posting privileges. Trying to message a seller, site is telling me I don't have that privilege.

Purely recreational, nothing competitive. I enjoy reloading, all the traditional calibers from .222 to 30-06.

I'm right there with you, since I started reloading I've probably obtained at least 15 different calibers. It has definitely cost me a few dollars!
