The best die lock rings that will never ever come loose?

Hornady make a good lock ring. It will stay put if secured properly.
I second this recommendation, all i use now

Man, I guess I have been lucky. I have never had a die lock ring move once set. Either the RCBS/Redding type set screw or the Forster/Whidden/Hornady type clamp screw.

Put a drop of red lock tight on your set ring. One tube will do about 400 die sets, and will cost about $.03 per die.

I have to use the set-screw style for my press, no choice, but I drop a #6 birdshot down in there. Those babies never move again until I want them to and the set screw never mangles the threads again.

I use Forster, but I also mark the die and ring with a fine tip sharpie. That way you have a quick visual reference on whether your die setup has changed.

Hornady and Forster for me. Lyman/RCBS/Redding rings get removed before the first use. I also use Lee rings with the rubber O ring on crimp dies because I adjust those all the time on pistol rounds that never get trimmed.
