Had this rifle build a few years ago got through load development then put it in the safe and it has sat since. Kelby atlas tactical action, Bartlien 1-7 twist barrel, MBM beast 3 port break, trigger tech primary. Full black cerakote. This rifle shoots like a laser and I will send you the load I built for it also to save you some time.

yes Kelby is a 700 clone action. I can get you an exact barrel measurement when I get home but I think it is a 26in off the top of my head.
 
What's the contour? Seeing that 406 Bullets logo.........was a lil company I believe to been started by Ckye Thomas. You get this action from him? Or is this the man himself.
