This is just my personal view, but a mature mule deer is just more majestic, more elusive, more subtle in their habitat and more of a challenge to find and kill. But they don't taste as good. So I still hunt elk lol.
What kind of bipod are you running while hunting that elk?

I just got a 7-300 of my own put together, anyone have experience using Us869 powder under a 175grainer for some extra load density? Thought of using 200gr 300 norma data as a starting place.
Been searching through a few forums but have came up empty so far.
Any help is appreciated.

I don't have any experience with that powder at all. Or bullet weight.
But a 180 Berger in the 7-300 NMI has very similar charge weights to a 225 ELDM in the 300 NMI. Just something for you to reference.

If you insist on using US869 be prepared for unreal swings extremely dirty.

N570 another good one hard on throats
Retumbo another good one

I have 16 + pounds each of N570, H1000, and Retumbo. I know the N570 is the fastest, but hardest on throats…. So I don't know what I should ultimately load develope with for a final load with 195 EOLs. I'm fire forming with LRT.

Perhaps see how it shoots with each powder option and shoot the one with best accuracy? I'd think every combo will be fast! Just let the barrel tell you what it likes.

Barrels are cheap, get one for each powder 
Once all three are shot out compare notes, and you'll have a great starting point on number 4.
