effects oftakingCollagen

This is easy to see, just look around.
This is probably part of the reason so many have issues with their joints.
Most doctors refuse to tell their patients that they would help their joints (along with most other problems) if they ate right, exercise and dropped 80#.
I do have some knee pain from years riding dirt bikes. I don't eat junk, exercise regularly and 5'10" 157 pounds, so definitely not fat and lazy but wouldn't mind less knee pain. Collagen may or may not work but it's worth a try for a couple months imo.
I got injuries too. It's just doesn't work.

You're not going to find the solution in a supplement that litterally supplements what you can get by consuming bone broth, eggs, meat, and a more generally a balanced diet. Your body will only metabolize and use what it uses and **** out all the rest.

Your doctor won't prescribe you collagen.

Once damage is done, that's it. If you want something actually works, decca is the way to go.

Nandrolone for those that don't speak weight lifting or know anything about steroids.

Wow I'm glad you touched on this subject. So it really does make a difference. Does it help with a lack of energy ?
Nope. But I know what does.
carbs, and sugar
These are the devil!

Addendum for M1A1 - have your testosterone checked. Many guys over 50 are a quart low. Mine was in the low 100's when a "good" range is 400-700
Yep. And most doctors will tell you the "normal" level for your age range. I told my doc, bull spit! I'm not old enough to come in the house and get in an easy chair at 6 pm !
He then asked me how young did I want to feel…….. I said 20, he said your marriage won't survive it………. I then said 30, he said we can do that. Year and a half later I've accomplished more than I have in the last 10 years.
Side note. I did experiment for a little while and got my levels up to 20 yr old, after a few weeks the wife said something had to change! So I backed off a little and all is well.
Get checked! I can tell you from experience!
Trump says in the very near future, he's going to release 6000 cures, I said, cures, that have been kept from the public by big Pharma and the Kazarian Cabal
This is exactly why "they" will stop at NOTHING to keep him out of office again! The swamp is deeper than anyone can imagine.

If you ever care to see the very latest technology, just for your personal education, or amusement , just google Smith and Nephew. and type in 'Rediscover your go" . You may find it interesting.
Lenny,

First of all, thanks for pointing out some knee replacment technology that appears to be more advanced and better than what I've seen so far. I happen to be shopping for knee replacement options.

Do you have any knowledge regarding the differences in performance or function between the Smith Nephew Journey II AKS vs. XR vs. ROX knee replacement options?

Thanks so much,
Pdd

If you finished your post up with "And she'll like it too" I'd swear you were doing a Nugenix commercial

So my two cents. After reading this post I decided to give the Ancient Nutrition a try.
I have been dealing with arthritis in my hands and achy knees. 2 weeks in now and the pain in my hands has went from a 7 sometimes 8 to maybe 1 to 2 . It definitely helped me. Knee pain is gone.
Thank you very much for giving us this feedback.

I didn't make it to the collagen, the knee and lower back (arthritis) got me pretty good so I went back to Meloxicam. In a week I went from hobbling and not wanting to do anything to gliding down the stairs and floating up the hill to the treestand!

But.... cardiologist said to quit Meloxicam a while back, something about increased potential for internal bleeding while on thinners? So I just might ask the wife to grab some YOUTHEORY brand at Costco this weekend and start weening off Meloxicam. Thanks Danehunter, all!

If thinning of the blood helps, you should start taking some 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, cause that's a natural one and that will thin your blood if that helps your condition.
I believe that this works BUT I highly doubt that any medical doctor will recommend it and take a person off a prescription medication.

I wouldn't believe a medical doctor if they told me the sky was blue. All they are is front and drug pushers for the big Pharma. They're not people of vast knowledge don't kid yourself. They've been trained to follow protocol and stick to the script. They don't think outside of the box normally, like I say big Pharma owns them. They are against any holistic or natural remedy because they cannot make money off it strictly money driven not health driven, MONEY! And most work for corporations and we all know corporations are against the people
