7 prc

I would get a Hornady headspace comparator and see how much you are pushing the shoulder back from fired brass. You may not be resizing the brass enough. Do resized rounds chamber easily just not extract?
They loads cycle fine even after charged. It's only once the round is fired

Yes but if you are not bumping the shoulder much you can screw the die in more and it might help. It's also good to know how much you are sizing for case life, consistency. I have also seen dies that were bumping shoulders way too much when set up per the instructions. It's a cheap tool. I had a lee die that was sizing .015. Way too much and lead to a case head separation.

Only prevalent in the PRC cartridges .Something about the original Saami drawings.
I rented the reamers and did all my guns in about 1 hour with the tool provided by the renter.
I did my 6.5 ,7 and 300 prc rifles.End of problem go enjoy life.
Really fellas it is the easy button.
For more info look up Alex Wheeler gunsmith. He came up with fix and gave it to the shooting community.
Just a finish reamer and extension with some cutting oil,,all provided by renter.
Before this my 7 Prc was the most frustrating dam gun.I tried all the different brass and a couple of those stupid expensive sizers,,,Fail
Ream it once and never even think about it now

Okay. I am old and not familiar with "clickers". Can someone please educate me?
When you raise the bolt handle to extract the case you hear an audible " click" and feel resistance due to the web of the case sticking in the chamber. The prc chamber does not have enough clearance at the .200 datum line. Factory ammo works fine and most people have less problem with reloading Hornady brass. But premium brass like Lapua, Peterson,Alpha is usually thicker at the web area. Eventually the case will expand too much at the web causing the issue. The op's case is extreme as he cannot even extract the brass.

Yes, it's a biproduct of the "awesome" new Hornady cartridges. I'm shooting old belted mag cartridges and have zero of these problems. I've also found the PRC cartridges kill no better than the old win mag or rem mag cartridges...so why switch?
