Jill and I are maybe going to breed our "Bernese Mountain Dog and Great Pyrenees Dog". We are looking to "GIFT" several pups if the breeding is successful and we get a good number of pups in the litter. Cassie come from a long line of Great Pyrenees dogs specifically bred for Protecting Livestock. She is TOP OF the LINE! Maximus's Sire and Dam are both AKC registered and he is a true Mountain Dog!
Jill and I want to breed these two Great working breeds that are specifically designed to protect the animal herd as well as the Human family and pets. By combining the traits of both the Bernese and Pyrenees, the offspring would be great for a family companion/protector as well as protecting family pets and livestock. (COYOTE KILLERS).
Cassie is two years old, and we want to have her have at least one litter before having her fixed. Maximus is now 10 months old, and he is ready to pass his genes along. Cassie should be coming into HEAT any day and if the "Hookup" takes place between Cassie and Maximus we will be looking at a Litter sometime in September and the pups would be ready to go in November. Now this all depends on Maximus doing his job and Cassie conceiving.
If this does not work, we would be looking for the next cycle to start in another six months.
These puppies will be a very special Breed.
If everything works out, we will be offering several pups of the Litter to Combat Veterans (that qualify) FOR FREE with the exception of first Veterinarian shots/checkup and shipping costs if cannot be picked up locally. The remainder of the litter will be up for sale with the price to include first Veterinarian shots/checkup and shipping costs if cannot be picked locally.
We have not set a price on these exceptional pups from the mating of two exceptional Breeds. These Pups will not be a AKC registered Canine due to two separate breeds. Cassie & Maximus cost several $K each as a pup and $Ks more for health care to Breed. We will be offering much lower prices just to promote the Breed, help Combat Vets and Cassie have her first Litter.
If we have any Combat Veterans that are interested and any members, please PM us for more information and we can take some more updated pics.

Hi is there any update on these?
Hey there
Hope that you and your family are doing well.
Welcome to Long Range Hunting!
Cassie is now going into her 6th week since the Breeding. It's still up in the air if she is pregnant or s "False Pregnancy". She has all the signs of being Pregnant and this next week should start putting more weight on. All of her nipples have changed in size and color. In another week or so we will take her in to have a Lateral X-Ray to count the puppies (if they are there). Right now we have (4) pups spoken for and the rest will be for sale.
There was a mis print in my original Post. SHIPPING WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. WE ALSO WOULD WANT THE PUPS PICKED UP RATHER THAN TRANSPORTED BY PLANE IF POSSIBLE.

Right now we are about 90% sure that Cassie is Pregent. She was Bred on 08/07 & 08/09. I BUT could also be a FALSE Pregnancy. Will know better in another week.
Cassie is a Pure Bred Great Pyrenees with the true "22" Toes (Double Dew Back Claws) from a Top Breeder in South GA specifically bred for livestock, pet, and Human Protection. She has a GREAT Temperament, very loyal & Loving. Her energy level is SLOW as she is always assessing the area. Very Clam/Strong and has tons of stored energy. She is all White and has some Grey/Brown Badger Marks on her ears. with dark eye liner. She was born the middle of March 2022. She is around 100+ pounds now

Maximus is a Pure Bred Bernese Mountain Dog. He was born 08/23/2023 He is a Pup and full of energy. Bernese are called the "Gentle Giants" they come from the Bern Region of the Alps. They were used to protect the Heard of Livestock, Driver the herd from field to field and also used to CART their goods from the mountain to the towns. very good temperament good with pets along with protecting them and their Human family. Berns come in Tri Color - Black/Rust/White. Maximus is close to 90 pounds, but only one year old so has some more growing to do.

When Cross Breeding these two fine Caines you come up with the BEST of Both Worlds as far as family/animal protectors and GREAT Companions. Their color is a mixed bag between the two breeds. Usually, the pups come up mostly white with Badger Marked Ears. BUT can be a mix of colors White/Rust/Black. Take a look on the internet for pictures of Bernese/Great Pyrenees.

These pups when born will have the BEST care as our good friend is a Veterian and treat all our animals. Birthing date should be October 7th, 8th, 9th.

As you might imagine the COST $$$$ for a Bernese Mountain Dog and Great Pyrenees is High. Usually low at $2,000 and up to $5,000 depending on the Parents History and Resignation. If you are going to Breed the pup in the future the price also goes up. Most all puppies are sold as non-breeders so the cost of paying for Resignation is a Moot Point since you can't Breed and can't Show. Now with a Cross Breed there are no Resignation Papers so prices usually go with the Color Markings and Sex of the puppy.

We are going to GIFT a few Pups to Combat Veterans, already have two sold and depending on how many in the litter to sell the rest. Since we are just Breeding Cassie and Maximus just this one time the low starting cost of $1,200.00. Jil and I have a small fortune invested into our animal companions and the price we are selling the pups for is a small fraction of what we have invested.
Pups will come with a good Bill of health along with Shots and Worming.
I attached some pictures of Cassie and Maximus. Not the Best Pictures but these cell phone cameras don't take a fast picture and the dogs are always moving.
Thanks much
Len & Jill

Wow, if I wasn't 78 I'd buy one in a heartbeat. I have a "ranch bread" Australian Shepherd that will probably checkout about the same time as me.
