Here's a picture of what's possible using a bipod and rear bag. This is a 20 shot group. The outliers are probably due to me. The best 15 shots were into 0.421".

For better consistency and when you're wanting to regularly shoot less than 1/4 moa, then the heavy front rest and heavy rear bag help a lot.

My typical range day set-up will generally mirror the same equipment and shooting positions I expect to use while hunting (or in competition). For load development work I will generally use a bench for convenience/comfort, but the results compared to prone on paper are comparable.
