There seems to be a lot of area in the SE that don't need anymore water. I heard them say the other day on the news that for the year the Tampa area is about 12 in above average. And now we have this storm coming today and it looks like another one come across the Atlantic

Lol that is just the surplus of rain so far. I'm sure you get it but it is in the form of snow

I wish! Our annual average total precipitation is under 6"! Pretty dang dry in these parts! memtb

I'm certainly not trying to make like of this powerful storm…..but thought that I'd tell of it's effects here!

We have a little Miniature Schnauzer that is terrified of bad weather……she also watches tv.

We were just watching the storm coverage on the Weather Channel…..she was watching, and immediately started shaking!

She's definitely one of a kind! memtb

The storm has moved way east and landfall is projected to be near Perry FL. Looks like I dodged the bullet here near Tallahassee.

Yep headed to me in Valdosta. I can't see it but I can hear it for sure!!! Seems I keep looking up. Praying and hoping my roof stays on

I'm in Perry, it's slowing up as we get into the eye. I don't feel like it's as bad as Idalia but will have to see once the sun comes up. I'm sure I'll get plenty of Tractor time.

I feel for those in Big Bend area and Valdosta y'all have got hit a lot lately. Here in Lakeland, FL it wasn't to bad not even a lot of rain. It was pretty much done by 9 pm. I hope everyone else faired well
