Just thought I would pass along something that has helped me improve my shooting between range trips.
The side yard of my backyard has a 25 yard distance to my back fence. So, I put a 1/4" dot on my back fence and practice my hold and dry frying from my most common field shooting position which is sitting across my homemade trekking pole tripod setup and my daypack across my thighs or under my strong side elbow. The 1/4 dot @ 25 yards simulates holding on a 6 inch target at 600.
