It definately was photo shopped. They didn't even block out all of the original scope. Look closely. Bad joked ruined someone's career.

I thought at first, "Geez". Then I thought it might just be a photo op, he knowingly cranked a few rounds for the pictre. Doesn't explain the scope being on backward...

DEI doing what DEI does. Photo OP for sure. It'd be the only gas gun with an ejection port on both sides that I've seen based on how the brass is being ejected.

Ive had scopes on my guns since the early 60s, and just by looking at that picture i wouldnt know if that scope was mounted backwards.

Well its garbage if its true. GMG GunnersMate Guns specifically small arms guru's do the armory outfitting and settup on ships force watch and security defense small arms. He didnt mount this VCOG himself. This SWO just shot it, wrong place, wrong time.
