257 Weatherby and a 101 Barnes LRX cruising along at a touch under 3600 fps did ok two weeks ago in SA.
Best 25 caliber to consider on a build.

25 "Man Bun Killer". The nickname came about from my buddies for my .260AI reamer with some tweaks as compared to a 6.5CM (AKA 6.5 Man Bun). So I did a 25 version.
Very similar to various other named cartridges, but mine has some tweaks to it to match my .260AI reamer body/dies.
25 Souper Imp 40°
25-.260AI
25-308 Imp 40°
Etc.
25MBK (.260AI necked to .257 during the idea phase), .250AI, 25CM.
