Snorth Idaho is the term I'm now using to describe that no man's land of Latah County. Not North, Not South.

I registered long ago, but didn't ever post anything. I essentially live on HuntTalk, lurk on Rokslide.
Holding my OIL Idaho Moose tag this year in a backcountry unit. (not telling which)
62 years old. 31 year Idahoan.

Shoot 6.5x55mm, 6.5 WBY RPM, 264 Win Mag
Various 30 calibers
A couple 223/556 guns.
Just finished a 358 Norma Magnum build.

Lucky it wasn't my eye. Jumped a crick and the Red Cedar tree I grabbed to support my landing bit me. It was dark enough I did not see the sharp little stob lying in wait.

MRS rolled her eyes and took me in for stitches for the 3rd time that year. They weren't sure it would get enough blood flow to heal up, but it did.
