New 22ARC AR 15 build

I would suggest getting a barrel from Odin works. I have a 22Nosler barrel and a .223wilde from them. Both are scary accurate for an AR and they are reasonably priced. They both love 68gr Hornady HP by the way. Both will shoot factory loads 5/8-3/4" and handloads 1/2 that. Both are bedded in squared uppers

You might want to look at Craddocks RTR barrels: https://craddockprecision.com/rtr/ Craddock does top-notch work.
I'm about to build a 22 ARC as well, but I'm doing a lefty. I'm most likely going with an RTR, but I can't decide between the 18" and 20".
Finding a left-hand Grendel / ARC bolt or complete BCG (in stock) has been challenging. Ideally, it would be either DLC or Nickel Boron coated.

I'm probably going to wait for EABCO to release a 22 ARC barrel. I still have an appropriate BCG waiting in reserve. I bought one of their barrels when I built my 6ARC and it shoots fantastic. It has shot everything from 68gr up through 108 gr bullets under an inch. The fit and finish is great and it cleans easily after a shooting session and the price is definitely right.

Great choice, the 22 ARC is an exciting caliber for an AR-15 build! Here are some suggestions for components to consider:

Barrel: Check out KAK Industry for precision barrels specifically designed for the 22 ARC.
Bolt Carrier Group (BCG): Look for BCGs that are compatible with the 22 ARC, such as those offered by CMMG.
Upper Receiver: Customize your build with a complete upper receiver, which can be found at various retailers like AR15Parts.com.
Magazine: Choose a magazine that can feed the 22 ARC, like those compatible with the 6ARC.

Double-check compatibility with your other components and ensure everything is suited for the 22 ARC cartridge. Good luck with your build!
