    I am retired and can plan a hunt last minute, from Tulsa. What is your fee? And is there lodging on your property, or what is the nearest town with motels?

    The trespass fee is $2500. There is no lodging. We are half way between Clayton and Raton. Since you're coming from the east, Clayton would probably make the most sense.
