Your Toyota makes me miss my first one!

'15 or '16? IMHO, one of the best and most beautiful Chevy's ever made. Just traded my 15 Chevy for a 21 GMC and kinda regret it. Little more power/torque, but that 15 Chevy was the most solid feeling truck I've ever driven. It was a '15 High Country Duramax short bed and when I bought it I drove it 1700 miles home in one day with one finger towing a trailer and only had to stop 3 times for fuel. I put another 160k miles on it and loved every one of them.
It's a 16 with the 6.0 , I wish it had a Duromax , but then again I hate the smell of diesel , so maybe not . It's a little beat up , 143, 000 , but it is a nice truck , IMO.
Thank you .

Don't have many pics of my war wagon. Here's what I could find.

Old 4wd Tahoe. Over a qtr million miles on it now. It's been from the east coast to the Rockies and everywhere in between. Now days, I limit it to 30 mile trips. But it still sees the woods several times every week.
Recently, had to do a few repairs. Told my mechanic buddy to figure out why the ac wouldn't blow good.
He removed a gallon coffee can full of spent 22lr and 223 brass from behind the dash.

That is one beautiful truck!!!

I think I've posted this before, but this was what I built right out of high school.
Was my daily driver/work truck/ hunting rig for 10+ years.

Of all the rigs I've had over the years, this is the one I'd like back.

This is my rig.
With the back seat always folded down…
It stays loaded with coyote, dove, deer hunting gear along with my long range shooting gear.

Kinda messy but it's all there. 😍

Pretty high water!!! My 97 Tahoe needs an ac charge too. I'll do that myself next week. It's our comfortable fishing rig. My XJ and Tahoe are both mess inside but well loved. Both have the rear seats down and a ton of gear stays in them.

The Square that I inherited from my grandfather; 2Wd and about to get a 5.3L/4L60E:

Prior to this truck all of my Squares were 4wd Sub's. First a '79 400cid K20 and then a '91 5.7L K10 that got all of the '79's 8 lug bits.

What I take shooting mostly these days, rear of the DD to the left. Currently getting a big brake 8 lug swap with an OX locked D60 for the rear. Front already had a TruTrack
