These are essentially new. I just got them from sport optics, never registered, not even 2 weeks in my possession. Taken out of the case to get pictures and of course I looked at through them since they were out. But they never left the confines of my house or have been outside. These are absolutely in new condition. My loss is your gain… see reviews on this there is a video review by optics exotica. Some consider these better than the NL PURE.
