Will keep my fingers crossed for you. I Actually broke down and bought a thermal scope (more like a big camcorder) a few years back when I used to be only take off 1 day for deer season. It has been very helpful in spotting game like coyotes etc. sometimes it's amazing to think there's nothing out there and then we take a look through the thermal and holy smokes. The trouble is learning to properly read it though... As so many other items throw off heat that is detected by it that its a real learning curve to really make good use of it, especially when the sun gets up for a bit. Great for yotes and rabbits!
