Took time to visit the gun range today. Had some guns I'd loaded up some test loads for and had time after church today to pull the trigger. 
One gun I acquired from this site. It's a 6x47 Lapua. I've had it a couple years I think now. Switched out the furniture (still needs bedded) - the HS Precision stock that came in it may be put up for sale soon - and shot some loads from it just to get it sighted in and maybe take it on a hog hunt soon.
Over all I was pleased with three loads I shot from it today. A minor scope adjustment and it's ready to hunt.
Another XP-100 I've had for some time but have not taken time to do much with is my 7mm-08. It's a pencil barrel 15" long and currently has a pistol scope on it. I finally had time to do more serious load work with the gun.
Today, I shot only one bullet from the gun, the Nosler 150 ABLR. These ABLR's have been hard to get to shoot consistently (so far I've only been successful in one gun, a 7mm BR) in the few I've tried them in.
After trying StaBall 6.5 (the clear velocity king in this chambering), H4350, Varget, and IMR4955, it appears that IMR4955 has some potential. I may have two pounds of this powder, not sure (and not sure if or when I can get more). Now, just gotta confirm the load. Hopefully it does t dissapoint. This IMR4955 load should be about 2600 gps or so.
This gun has also been harder to shoot from the bench than most of my guns. I attribute this to the configuration of the gun.
I also shot a long gun ( I know, sad…
) out to 1,100 yards. I even shot some RL26 outta my 6.5 CM… 
with impressive results.
Overall was a good day, as I accomplished a couple things today.
