These are in good shape, no lapping or loctite. There is a little bit of rubbing on the bottom ring, I consider it extremely minor and wouldn't hesitate to use them. I bought these from a guy on another forum and found lows would work so I don't need these any more, I didn't use them at all. $110 TYD
