After reading all shared replies here and on another forum finally got my Wyatt's CFE mag to feed smoothly. I made up wood block to match mag inside angle so when held in vise very secure and safe. Then made up feed lips tool. Use 1/4" thick x 1" wide x 2" long with slot cut 3/16" deep. If make another will make it 3-4" long for more bending power.
Found out I need the feed lips to hold cases until they clear and pop up for straight line feed. When bending lips the case needs to be high enough for rifle bolt to push toward.
