This post has been covered in the past, but are the any current leads to hunting Doe/fawn private land area 23-7 Campbell county WY.? (SW of Gillette)
It seams so many landowner have jumped on the high dollar outfitter hunts. I have hunted depredation doe tags for the last 20 years and the private access to private land has gotten exponentially difficult. We always had land owners wanting the herd thinned on their farm ground due to crop damage. I know there has been a significant winter kill in last few years. The WYGF tag allocation has reflected this. I am open to areas that would have a per head fee to harvest doe fawn but dont need a guided hunt.
It seems the "hunt" for land to hunt on is more the challenge, than dropping some speed goats. !
