Hi all,
I'm a noobie to antelope hunting—more like hunting in general—and am hoping to get an antelope hunt in Wyoming in this coming season. I went hunting for the first time last season looking for cow elk in Wyoming's unit 36. While I didn't see any elk, I did get hit by the hunting bug.
Does anyone have any recommendations on units to put in for as a first-time doe/fawn, non-resident?

Your best bet is to look at last year's draw odds for a doe/fawn, and look at your chances of getting a tag.
The number of tags allotted last year went down significantly, and it's much more difficult to draw a tag now that it was even 2 years ago.

Once you find a unit with reasonable odds, check out the amount of available public land and narrow down your search.

Hunt area doesn't really matter pick one with the odds that you're kind of comfortable with and go with that. Most are low to mid double digit odds. Odds will be the inverse to the amount of accessible public land.
