Weatherby
Caliber: .308
Location East of Sacramento
Price: 1900.00
Will ship: Depends
Folks this thing makes one ragged hole.
The Barrel and action work were performed by Match Grade Machine:
They Trued and lapped the Action.
Installed the Shilen heavy Varmint #7 barrel and the Tactical bolt knob.
It sits in a Manners MCS T2 stock bedded by Gap, wish I had better pics Because the bedding job that GAP did on it is one of the best I have seen
Sling swivels and two flush Cups which are on the left side.
CDI bottom metal
AI 5 round magazine.
Topped off with a Ken Ferrell 10 MOA Base.
Thread protector.
Dura Coated.
The trigger is about 1 1/2 pounds and so crisp breaks like a glass rod.
He inletted the bottom metal beautifully and it locks up on a round like a safe.
The action is about 15 years old, I bought the rifle new and it sat in the safe for years so I decided to do a build on it.
I've shot 12 rounds through this so it's not even broken in.
It was cleaned after every three rounds as advised by the smith who built it.
I would be interested in some trades:
Saiga 12 a nice one.
or an AR-308 of equal valve or more and I would add cash.
(scope not included)
