WTK: recipes for Hornady Sub-X 190 gr bullets for 300 BO

I picked up a box of Hornady 190 Sub-X bullets a few days ago. I want to load them for my son's AAC 9" Upper on his AR Rifle. We plan to hunt Coyotes in Pa and my son wants to use his suppressed AR in 300 BO for the hunt.

What powder and load data do you all use for this combo in an AR15?

I'm at sea level. Accurate LT30 11.5gr and Accurate 1680 @11.0 grains. Runs sub and cycles as it should with every 30 cal suppressor that I have.
