SOLD/EXPIRED WTB leupold 3.5-10 illuminated

Looking for a used Leupold Mark4 3.5-10x40 with illuminated reticle. Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the M2 and M3 version? I am getting ready to buy new but would rather save some money.
