SOLD/EXPIRED WTB Custon bolt 223

Want to buy a nice 223, here are the specs for what i'm looking for;

BBL no longer than 20"
1:8 twist or faster
Action; 700 trued, or custom
Stock; I do not care the design but Manners or McMillan but not set on those
Lower round count

Here is a pic of one that sold on snipers hide that I would have bought if it didn't pop up while I was at work.
Willing to spend around the 3K mark, let me know what you have.
