Winchester model 70 375 h&h

I am looking to buy it, but very difficult to get a license today on 375 h&h and upward. The law has gone completely nuts on larga caliber rifles. I told them. It is not a high caliber sniper rifle like 338 LM and 50 BMG. So why the unnecessary hustle every time. Got a fuzzy answer for the police. 2 years ago I hade an import license in 24 hours now 3 months if you are lucky
And I thought our system is messed up,yours takes the cake buddy.
I wish you the best.

Stay the course. The .375 is a great round and I think you'll like it.
I have a whole bunch of rifles already 416 RM, 375 h&h, 45-70, 9,3x74r, 7mm RM, 3 x 308 win, 243 win, 223, 22 wrm, 22 lr, and a 7,62x53r my grandfathers war rifle.
This one I am going to rebarrle to 458 lott. Ha 3 shotguns also all 12 gauge over under, semiautopump one valmet 2 winchester. Rifles and guns in general are like tattoos once you get one you want more, there is no such thing as enough rifles😉😁

Yes I have a sake 75 375 h&h but I don't like the Sako 75 so I prefer older winchester m 70 kind of fits me better with the Monte Carlo stock

I use these

I just found a unfired pre 64 Alaskan .375 H&H that I'm considering to sell and not shoot a single round through it. If anyone may be interested in? Handling marks look like they are from a gun rack and could most likely be ironed out to not be noticed.
98% wood 100% bluing and no nicks
My my my that is a beautiful rifle. I assume you have a hefty price. The one I posted today I can get for 500 dollars give or take a few bucks

This is my S.C. made Alaskan. I also have one New Haven made, CRF. Looks the same except its synthetic
