Marinated in juniper berry spiced rub and Suntory Whisky Toki, pan fried in duck fat, on a bed of garlic fried rice, and fresh cranberry jelly (with sugar, pecan, and pineapple cooked with Bourbon Whiskey).

Nice presentation, and good eating. I just finished off some venison steak or I would be eating Duck after seeing your post and all that good eating.
