Opening day was today and my wife killed her second buck with my 7SS at 413 yards.

I wasn't sure how much she would actually use one. That's why I put the Boyd's at one on it. So it's easy to adjust for either of us. It was kind of a test rifle to see how I like the SS design. Planning on getting her something smaller and lighter to carry.

Very nice muley! What state?
ND like djm670 guessed. More southern then NW though.
So what do u think of the 7ss?
Its pretty sweet. Brass isn't hard to form and now that there is ADG brass available its even better. And with the 180 ELD loaded to a coal of 2.892 it fits in a factory Tikka short action. I am probably going to get a 338ss for moose and bear and probably a 30ss for an ultralight mountain rifle.
Awesome!
What bullet and velocity?
180 ELD 3007 fps @18 degrees.

Heres a pic of the entrance and exit.
