I did a quick test the other night on the Barnes 150g in my 7mm Mag and got some weird readings that don't make much sense. I have had several problems with my Caldwell Chrono in the past during daylight. I have to only use it on overcast days or towards dusk, BTI is sending me a new one because of how many error codes it throws. The test was last night in the last hour of sunlight. I was pretty meticulous in creating these loads, fresh trimmed/chamfered brass on LE Wilson trimmer, weight sorting brass, bullet, powder grains +/- .02, Hornady seating die set to .050 off lands with the case just kissing the crimp. (since I started using Hornady Brass, I was trying to get consistent neck tension, without it set this way when seating the handle doesn't always feel the same amount of tension in the stroke and this seemed to fix it)

I am not sure if this was my set up, the crimp, or just Reloader 22, or the Chrono is ready for the trash. You thoughts?

The light sensor chrony are very finicky, especially at low angle sun(winter time and dusk) best results I've had is at noon on an overcast day
