Added specifics left out bottom 2 lines.7mm-08 120HH (3100fpsMV)
Whitetail Doe hit 80yds no step.
250lb boar hit 265yds. no step. (Hammer Trail reported by witness)
250-275 boar hit 15yds on charge, entry & exit same side from front to rear. 40yd run to crash site. Crime scene of blood
4 180-200lbs hogs hit 80-150yds on the run, DRTs some bulldozed to a stop.
3 Coyotes 80-125yds, disintegration LOL.

What caliber?Fordy has ruined me. He's got me testing hard/bad angles and multiple pills.
Don't shoot his numbers (or goofy species) - all I shoot is deer.
Last year my bang/flop ratio was 80%+ with only 3 runners of about 9, 14 and 42 yds total (20 some deer) using the 85gr HH at 4k+ muzzle.
This year, several diff bullets used, many hard angles shot, bang/flop % down as expected but still decent.
Hopefully next year less testing and more consistant shots. A little more time yet this season, just under 20 deer so far, tired of testing/tinkering. But of course the new prototypes are coming.

Not quite high enuff. 25 yard death dash.
Shot was 250 yards. Deer was spooked and running. When he made a brief pause to look back, pressure was applied.
Biologist aged at 7 yrs old.

Elk, 6.5 124, hit at 320, 50 yards.
Elk, same bullet, hit at 200, 20 yards.
Elk, 284 177, hit at 400, 40 yards.
Elk, same bullet, hit at 380, 5 yards.
Elk, same bullet hit at 720, 50 yards.
Antelope, 6.5 124, hit at 820, 5 yards.
Antelope, same, hit at 120, 40 yards

That's exactly why i have a 8twist to build a new rum. Just trying to decide on an action.
