Who makes what brass?

Sig probably buys.

Nosler was buying Norma, but starting making their own. It wasn't all at once, and it's possible that a few cartridges are still made by Norma. I'm not sure. They definitely make a lot of it now, and it's no where near as good as it was but still costs a lot.

Winchester made their one, but as equipment wore out they started buying 16ga hulls from Europe, and it was rumored that some brass for some of their cartridges were made by S&B. Shortly after Trump got immediate expensing rammed through the IRS for a couple years a lot of domestic companies bought new equipment, and I believe Winchester was one of those. Perhaps they're back to making it all.

Both S&B and Norma will sell their brass with whatever headstamp you want if you buy enough.

A note on note on taxes. When a company spends $5M on equipment and actually spends $2M more than they bring in during a year, but then the IRS says that have to spread that $5M expense out over 5-10 years, and suddenly they have a profit on their books, they are faced with having to either have enough cash in the bank to buy the equipment AND pay taxes on a non-existent profit, or take out a loan and pay interest. Not good for business big or small.
