Very nice gun. I have a 12-15 year old Vanguard in .308 that is an incredible shooter...I've done ZERO to it: no bedding, no free floating, no trigger work. All I've ever done is clean it. I hope yours is as good.
My 280AI is a M70 Super Grade...I always wanted one so bought a new one last year. i have shot 162 ELDX over 60 gr of R23 into very nice sub-MOA groups...the twist rate is fine for that bullet. I will be trying 175 Bergers that will -- apparently -- also be stable with that twist. We'll see.
