Which scope mounts/rings? I have no idea need help!!!

in about an hour im purchasing a Vortex Viper PST 4-16x50mm and i need some rings and bases to go with it.
My only issue is i know nothing about them and dont knwo what im looking for. I need every pennie i can get for my montana elk hunt so i dont want to spend hundreds of dollars but i dont want to feel like i wasted my money,

For inexpensive rings/bases, I like the Talley one piece. They are less than $50 some times less than $40. They are the rings and the bases together. They work really well, are plenty strong on everything I've put them through. I've never had an issue with Talley stuff, ever.

I would get TPS rings and bases. Great buy for a excellent long range setup.

i couldn't get back to the sight before the purchase so i ended up going with EGW 20 moa base with Burris XTR Rings
