That's what I'd do. Keep the .280 AI, and then go buy you a cheap 700 ADL, and build a big 7mm on it. You can never have too many guns.

I made an error. I had a longer barrel but that only affects velocity not pressure.

Give me your COAL and I'll fix the QL model.

I think my velocities are great! I'll shoot this load if it's safe. That would put an end to my suffering and disappointment on the cartridge.

Yes. Those velocities are great.

As fast as your barrel is is as slow as my 7mm barrel barrel is.

Don't remember my over all length but with the hornady bullet bullet comparator gauge on my calipers it measures 2.816"

QL is not perfect and there would still be a lot of adjustments if it were my own but....

Worry less, shoot more.

Seaman my case capacity is 72 grains of h20. How much difference is that making?
